Mucus plug?

Hey ladies just wondering if this is part of my mucus plug? I'm 40W3D (sorry for the graphic pic)

I lost pieces for a couple days. Then one day after a long walk I lost a huge chunk, it was seriously the size of a quarter and bloody it scared me I went to the l&d and was dilated to a 5 he was born the next day

Looks like it. Get up and walk walk walk, or sit on a yoga ball and rock back a forth 😊
