HELLLPPP

I just jumped in the shower and noticed i had these bites all over my legs and two on my face (i didn't realize until just now they could be the same thing) i've gotten spider bites, so that would explain the 2 right next to each other but i've never been this red before anywhere on my body. I have two more but they are at least 9 inches apart so  not even close to each other like these so i'm guessing they aren't spider bites. Idk if should go to a doctor, a dermatologist if this is a skin thing or what. I live in Wisconsin and it has been warmer but not warm enough for mosquitoes and other bugs to be out yet. If you've experienced anything similar and figured out what it was, pleaseeeeee,, let. me. know.
