Just wanna share this yummy smoothie with you guys! I've been struggling with nausea for like a week now can't hold any food down but my sister told me about this healthy stomach calming smoothie! it's Strawberry , blue berry, kale, banana, condensed milk and coconut milk (add ass much of each ingredient as you want) so worth a try! my stomach is finally calm and I feel like I can sleep good
