8 weeks and cramping!

Is this normal???? I'm having cramps, not terrible, but bad enough they stop me in my tracks for a few seconds. They're low near my pelvic bone and on my sides both left and right near the hips. Is this normal? Should I go to the hospital?! FTM here! No blood but I'm a little worried! Cramps are followed by dizzy spell when I stand up.
