I started reading the book It Starts With The Egg and it talks about how bad frangances and chemicals in our beauty products are for our reproductive health. It has really got my interested in trying to switch over to all natural products. When researching more natural products I've run into people talking about the app Think Dirty. It's free to download and you just use it to scan your products and it gives you a rating or 1-10 on how bad they are for you. I recommend anyone ttc to read the book and download this app.
