Healthy Recipes Share!
So my midwife told me I was on the "bigger" side for my 23 weeks. I have gained 20 pounds so far and would like to avoid GD and any other unnecessary weight gain. Now I know I need to feed the baby but I also want to feed the baby healthy foods. I have my usual "go to" healthy meals but I would love to have some more! Seems like anytime you look for healthy recipes there's minimal meat, all salads, and maybe a soup or two. My husband doesn't HAVE to eat healthy but I also don't want him to get stuck with salad every night so I want some yummy ideas for the family that I can pass down to my children someday too :)
Please share your favorite healthy recipes with me!!! (I'm going grocery shopping today 😄)
