Is anyone here dating/about to marry/married to a marine on deployment?

My man just left for Japan and I wanted to connect to other ladies in my situation, how you guys hope and so on. Did you go with your man abroad, or planning to?

You said deployed? Can you can't with them anywhere they are deploying to. If your PCS-ing them you only go where spouse's are allowed

My husband is in the Navy, and is stationed in Japan. I just got back there from visiting him. And he gets deployed soon..

I'm married to a marine, so much patience is needed for this type of marriage. He's been deployed twice to Japan/Korea. But he's worth it. Is he being stationed over there or just for deployment ?

My fiancé is a Marine. He did a Japan deployment as well. Keep contact and trust and communicate every day

Well this isn't my situation anymore but. My ex was a Marine stationed in Japan also. My best advice is to communicate when ever possible. The time difference is a big bitch but I would make sure to wake up at 4 am just to call him before he went to bed. Find something you can do together, like play songpop2 if y'all are into music to stay connected even on you guys time and lastly just stay strong and committed. Also there are lots of milso support groups on Facebook join one
