Etopic Pregnancy Symptoms?

What are symptoms of an etopic pregnancy? I have my first doctors appointment this week but I've been having the past few days cramping, a burning cramping sensation in my lower abdomen near my pelvic bone, my sides I've had a bit of cramping. And near my (tmi) crotch and butt a sharp pain. Is this normal for 8 weeks? Should I bring this up with my doctor?

Cramps, spotting, pelvic pain, stiff legs or back, swelling of the ovaries  or around them mean it can be in tubes or spotting yolk but no fetus😢 thinking 2013 I had an ectopic. Baby was growing in my fallopian tubes. I was 2-3 months along. I immediately accepted IVF. Now 2017 by the grace of god I'm sitting here bout to be 3 month along. Found out 4-5-17 I was 8 wks along. Hoping everything goes well in this pregnancy. Fetus in my uterus and the hurt is pumping. Hoping to deliver a healthy baby this year.

One sided Pain, spotting, coffee ground looking clots, shoulder blade pain, severe cramping, fever, nausea can all be ectopic pains.

if the cramps come and go then that is just normal pregnancy symptoms. If you have bleeding or severe abdominal pain that doesn't go away at all and has you literally unable to walk then that is when you should worry about an ectopic.

Sharp pains near the butt and crotch could be constipation related - are you still regular?

I was worried about ectopic and had some of those symptoms. My baby is safe, not in my tube. Don't get too worried until you see your doctor. Have you had blood tests? If everything has gone up and your numbers haven't jumped around you should be good.
