Does anyone have the apps Flo or Ovia? Or used them before?

I downloaded both because <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>/glow hasn't had my period start date right for about 6 months now. I downloaded the apps to further track my fertility and cycle as a whole to see if it's the apps or if I'm just all jacked up, before I spend money to see an Ob-Gyn.

Would you recommend them? If not, why?
