Serious Bloat or Second Trimester??

I apologize for the massive side boobage...but according to my app I'm 7w+4d. This big ol' belly just popped up outta nowhere a couple days ago 😳 people have told me that I look as if I'm already in my second trimester. At first I thought it was just some serious bloat, but it stays there all the time! Our first appointment isn't till next Monday, so now we are really curious as to what this is all about!

I'll be 9 weeks tomorrow and I feel SUPER bloated like, all the time, but when I look in the mirror, I'm only showing the very beginning stages of the belly. Just a little. But lawwwwwd do I feel bloated all the time! 
It's probably just the water weight that's normal to gain and/or if you've been able to eat and such, that as an addition. :)
