Is it possible to get a false negative after getting two positive pee tests and a positive blood test? 
Or should I be worried?

I would take another test. It's possible that you could of had a chemical pregnancy. False negatives are common in the beginning though. You could have had too much water to drink befor the test making it look negative. Take another test in the morning! Baby dust!

How far along are you? When did you take the negative test? Why are you still testing after a positive blood test?

Yes it's possible if you drank a lot of fluids your urine could just be more diluted.
