I literally just got my bfp late Saturday night and don't have my first appointment until tomorrow. I don't have any prenatals at the moment as I'll be going to the store to get them tonight after work. I'm freaking out a little bit since I've realized I stopped taking my vitamins about a week ago (thought they were making me sick.. little did I know) am I okay to take a multi vitamin until I get my prenatals?
