Cavities oh no 😷

What are you ladies doing to protect your teeth? I didnt know that pregnancy had such a big affect on our mouths! My SIL who had her baby a few months back just went to the dentist and has ELEVEN cavities!!! 😶😶😶 11!!! So now I'm freaking out and want to know what you guys are doing. 😂
