Ovulation

Had positive opk Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Donor was able to come over yesterday and after he left I tested again and opk was negative had cramping on left side on Saturday and all day yesterday. Today I have no cramping at all and opk tests are completely negative today. Does that mean I ovulated yesterday and this is 1DPO? I haven't taken opks until last month and I never got a positive.
