not sure how much longer I can do this...

I honestly have no clue how much longer I can do this, not having answers. Since I miscarried in September I've have had 1 period and that was the end of December. My doctor doesn't seem to bother with running tests, my body acts like it's getting ready to start my period but nothing. I'm not pregnant (already tested), trying to get into this new doctor, I'm not a skinny girl so PCOS is possible, endometriosis runs in my family but apparently doesn't show until after they had kids. I don't know what to do I just want answers😭😭😭😭
