Well, I'm late on AF, thinking I may have ovulated much later. My LMP was March 28th! I'm NEVER irregular! I have tender breast, I even the milk pimples around my nipples & if I squeeze them, milky stuff comes out! I feel bloated, cramps off and on, EVERY FREAKIN PREG SYMPTOM THERE IS! This would be my 4th child so I feel like I know my body. I went to ER today in hopes of truthfully getting a Beta HCG & getting some answers. They didn't do one, just a urine which resulted in negative. The last time my husband & I had sex was April 16th. They did a transvaginal US & dr said I have some small cysts on both ovaries. He told me that often they can mimick pregnancy symptoms. I've been told before I have cysts but NEVER HAD THESE SYMPTOMS!! I'm just desperate for help at this point!

Last period was March 28, lasted seven days. On April 16th that evening I had some extremely light spotting only when I wiped. On Monday, the 17th, I was bleeding enough for a tampon, but it wasn't like a period. That lasted for 3 days. So...

I NEVER have irregular periods or irregular bleeding. Have been off BC now for 6 months.

I had pcos and I can tell you the sensation was very different for me. Pcos is very painful compared to pregnancy cramping. Everyone's pain is different though. I hope this helps you a little.
