any one ever had heavy implantation bleeding ?!

My period is 9 days early!!! My period NEVER comes early glow has been right on the dot about my periods for 3 months... today went pee and I started out very light spotting but now the past 2 hours it's been heavy! Could it be my period or a baby inbeding ?!?!! Please help!!!

I got a shorter period, than normal but it was still kinda heavy. I counted it as the first day of my cycle, but later found out I was actually pregnant during that "period." It felt like my normal period, just fewer days. I'm usually 5 days, and this time was 3 days. I ended up miscarrying at 6w2d, but I had just found out 2 days before. It's totally possible you can bleed heavily and be pregnant.
