Bicornuate uterus & clomid??

Question

So after some blood work and u/s. My gyn tells me today I have a bicornuate (heart shaped) uterus and I'm NOT ovulating so she's gonna put me on Clomid. I'm worried about my uterus being this shape bc I've read it causes higher risk of miscarriages and early labor. How many of you guys have it and have had successful healthy pregnancies?! Also is it normal to have a regular period and not ovulate? My period is usually 28 days and lasts like 3 days, but how come I'm not ovulating?! That's just so weird. 🤔

I have a bicornuate uterus too!!! Finally someone else! 😂😂 I posted a while back and had no responses! I've had two pregnancies that resulted in two beautiful little boys now 12 and 7 both preemies but.... with a cerclage and more planning my second was born at almost 34 weeks. I'm TTC#3 now and was just given Clomid to start with my next cycle. I've never taken it before but with PCOS as well and after it taking four years to get pregnant with my 2nd  my doc thought it appropriate. We are hoping since my uterus is still stretched out this third is going to have A LOT more room and with another cerclage and progesterone injections carry to 38 weeks (full term)! Baby dust to you!! Try not to worry! Your doc is already planning the best course of action for you just trust them! We didn't know with my first pregnancy and I wish we had but with each pregnancy it's getting easier 😁
