Dr's office

So I'm a week and a half late for an highly not like me but I did just get off BC a few months back so it might take time to get back to normal. But I'm nauseous like crazy I'm having very sharp pains in my lower abdomen and she says it's just pre period cramping. I'm sorry but my pre period cramping had never hurt this much. So then I have a history of miscarriages and asked if they can do a ultrasound to see what that sharp pain is to make sure there nothing wrong with my ovaries or no infection and...... NOPE no ultrasound nothing take Tylenol they said it will go away... Like no it won't it's been like this for. Like 4 days
