tingling sensation around c-section scar?

I'm almost 16 months post partum. We've been TTC for about 6 months. In those 6 months I've never felt this before, nor did I feel it in the 10 months we weren't TTC. The area around both my hips and right in the middle of my c-section scar tingles. It feels like it's going numb like when you get an anesthetic put in. Kinda like pins and needles. I just finished my fertile window yesterday. And I've been experiencing this for about 3 days. Do you ladies think it could be a sign of pregnancy? Idk maybe I'm looking for signs where there is none. It mostly happens on my right side so maybe if I am pregnant, baby implanted on that side? I feel like I'm grasping at straws here. lol somebody help 😂
