baby's kidneys

I'm a first time mom and I went for an ultrasound today( I'm 21 weeks & 2 days) They had told me that my babes kidneys are backing up fluid? Has anyone experienced this? I'm obviously worried & scared. I just don't know what to expect. They want to see me again in 7 weeks
