Healthy eating ??
Hey everyone so my whole life I basically sucked at eating healthy. Mainly because my family never ate healthy and obviously I ate whatever was there for food.. well since becoming pregnant I've been trying to eat healthy and plan on starting to exercise every day soon (I didn't want to exercise my first trimester since baby is like most delicate at that stage). I just want to know what you guys use to be sure you stay on a healthy diet? This can include meal plans (if this option, mention which ones), YouTube/google recipes, etc. I just want to maintain a good weight and not gain more than needed during my pregnancy and also just want to keep my baby and myself as healthy as possible and give both baby and I the correct or good amount of nutrients possible.
