How do i relieve hip pain? Or well, i'm pretty sure it is my hip. I'm not too good with body parts. But i was laying in bed on my back while i rubbed lotion on my tummy, then i got up because I had to pee and i almost collapsed because it hurt to put even a little weight on my right leg. I felt it in my booty. I guess it's more like a nerve? Idk but this has never happened before, and I don't think i will sleep comfortably if i can't soothe the pain a bit.
