It depends on a ton of factors so I wouldn't base any weight loss you want to accomplish on just breastfeeding. Like, I would sort of say it helped me lose weight, but I was also eating very differently cus I was breastfeeding and trying to make sure everything was healthy.

I lost 20 right off the bat after giving birth. But then not a single pound after that. Breast feeding did nothing for me. Didn't even delay my period.
