Okay so my ex is supposed to pay child support. However he works a job that he is paid under the table. Anyway, I got his tax return since he owes so much. But I'm wondering now that they know where he works will I receive child support like I should or does this not change anything?

Unless he's getting an actual check their isn't money for them to take from him.

If he's paid under the table they can't garnish it. My daughters Dad has been doing that for years now. I just wait for the end of the year to get a lump some and wait for them to take his drivers license away

If he is court ordered then yes but you should call and see where he is at with it and if he's still getting paid under the table or not ?you may have to take him back in
