Anybody else in early pregnancy severely thirsty all the time?

Question

I'm severely thirsty all the time. I drink water alllllll day. I slam whole water bottles in one gulp. And then ten minutes later I'm severely thirsty again. So I started sipping water because drinking all that water all the time can't be healthy for me. I'm supposed to have ten cups a day. I'm at like 20! Is this a sign of a problem?

I was the same and the thirst has come back in the last week or so.....im 37 weeks tomorrow. (It's not gestational diabetes.....im all good). I know I need the fluids as my pre is concentrated more than normal.

Just remember your drinking for 2 of you! So no it's not a problem I was the same when I was around 34 weeks pregnant!

You're suppose to have 1/2 your body weight in water a day.
