Hey fb family!!! I never like to bring real issues to face book. Not that people don't need to know your business,but because it's so many people who will or actually  pray against you, your family, friendships, relationships, and  your accomplishments  and people have their own issues to deL with in day to day life etc. As you have seen I have been suffering from swelling in my legs and feet well on Friday my left leg was so swollen it hurt to walk I couldn't bend my toes my knee hurt and it was enormous compared to the right foot. My mom co workers and family members were so afraid that the preeclampsia and toxemia I had suffered from with my other  pregnancies had started to occur they rushed me to the hospital. While waiting I just said a silent prayer and started to prepare myself that I may have to be induced. My grandfather who came with me had to leave so as I'm texting my mom, best friend, husband to let them know what may or may not be about to take place I doze off. I was awoken moments later to some of the worst news I could ever have heard from the doctor two nurses and a phlebotomist who were all  in my room. My blood level was a 6 normally your blood is between a 11-14 but mine was at a 6. I have suffered with anemia my entire life and both pregnancies but when blood was drawn each time I was never told anything during this pregnancy so I thought that maybe this pregnancy my levels were higher and didn't need a special diet or extra Iron. 1. Either that was the case at some point or 2. The ball was dropped and now it was too late. Regardless of the fact i am days out from delivering and it is now to late for what should have or could have  been done.  With labor most women loose between 300-400 ccs of blood which can take you down a unit. If this happened it would place me at a 5 and my result would be heart palpitations and other things. Now if an emergency was to have happened and I lost 2 units I would be at a 4 which then I would have very severe issues and would end up fighting not only for Bronzes life but my own. I at this point I began to feel overwhelmed, bamboozled, betrayed, afraid all I could do was cry. My faith was being tested!!! IF YOU KNOW ME YOU KNOW THAT I WAS RAISED IN A JEHOVAH WITNESS ENVIRONMENT MY MOTHER IS A WITNESS and I am strong in my beliefs of the body being the temple and blood being pure. Now on top of all of this I have to call and talk things over with my husband and  my mother. We ended up finding out that there is an alternative by the name of EPO that administered with iron and fluids at 3 times a week over a matter of 3 weeks could show results but we don't have that time. So through prayer me talking things over with my husband and repenting for what I was about to do my husband and I decided to move forward with the blood transfusions.  At 2:00 on April 21, 2017 I started my first of 3 total blood transfusion. I was uneasy and upset but I had to take action and although the blood transfusion isn't to assure anything it was given as a preventative measure.  It along with God and some iorn over the next couple of days will work hand in hand to assure Bronze and I are healthy through delivery and after  for years to come. Though I never thought in a million years I would be a person having to take blood I thank those of you who do donate because it does save lives and all of you were able to help prolong mine. So with the week ahead and delivery being around the corner I just would like that you all say a prayer for Bronze and I to be healthy and anything the devil may have planned be rebuked the Bible says in "Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." I'm trusting in Jehovah that this was all in his will and this is already taken care of. I have a praying mother family and friends. Not to mention my dad momo brother aunt  and other that found out and was about to fly from H town to B.R. To make sure we were ok thanks to my famil and friends that texted and called I love you and appreciate it all 💋💋💋🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. PS.
