Spd (symphysis pubic dysfunction)

Did/does any moms here have Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction? What did you do to manage it? Did your doctor prescribe anything for the pain or recommend to do/not do something? 95% sure that that is what my pain is right now and debating whether I should call my midwife.

I've been hurting for over a month and the last time I mentioned it, it sorta just got brushed off. I'm being as cautious as I can. My first pregnancy, I had preterm contractions starting at 28 weeks and don't want to be in that position again. I have a belly band, doesn't seem to help, and chasing my little one around is making me miserable but I just have to deal with that.

What is your experience with SPD?
