Mirena Crash or Early Pregnancy?
I'm experiencing what can only (probably) be the Mirena Crash.
My Mirena was placed in January 2015. It was super easy and I had periods for a few months after and then just cramps and spotting during the time that AF would be coming (end of the month, 29-2nd or so).
My Mirena was removed on the 12th of April (a Wednesday) so the husband and I could start trying for little one. I spotted a bit that Friday and Saturday, and we had our normal amounts of what we now call baby dancing the rest of that week. Six days after the 2nd time, I started spotting again and it was very light and brown. I thought nothing of it and assumed AF was coming.
It's now 8 days later. I spotted very lightly for only a day and a half and then nothing. I'm moody and my Montgomery's tubercles are very noticeable (I was super freaked out and thought they were acne or something cause I'd never seen them) and I'm always starving. I've had minor nausea and headaches, typically when I'm starting to get hungry (literally maybe an hour after I eat) and mild cramping. And I'm bloated. But none of these symptoms are as bad as my actual period symptoms (migraines, horrible breakouts, cramps so terrible I'm balled up in bed, etc.).
I took a pregnancy test this morning and it's negative. So now I'm pretty sure I'm just waiting for Aunt Flo to show up at some point. I'm even wearing my Thinx in anticipation. I'm not anxious about it, just frustrated that my body hasn't figured itself out. Sigh.
Am I just testing too early, or could this be the fabled Mirena Crash?
