Having doubts

Hello I don't know if I am just being silly but I havent had a period 9 days late, I have taken 2 test both cam back positive. My boobs are very tender and had mild cramps. Just keep getting a feeling that I may not be pregnant am I making it up! I have not had any other systems! Just hope it's not my body playing tricks on me. What dose everyone think. Got doc appointment on 17may
