leg pain

Since Friday I've had these pins and needles pains in both of my legs, and occasionally a burning sensation. My doctor didn't seem very concerned about it, but I'm the type of person who goes straight to the worst things possible and think it may be a blood clot. I'm slightly swollen but nothing out of the ordinary. Has anyone else had these pains? I'm almost to my third trimester so maybe baby girl is pushing stuff? Also, any ideas on how to soothe it? Thanks ladies!
