My puppy's been chewing on her foot and tugging on her nails for the past 4 days and it looks like this. anybody know what it could be?

Allergies?  It's that time of year....
Have you looked in between her pads with a flash light?  Soak her paw in a warm bowl Epsom salt for 5 to 8 minutes.

Could be a yeast infection. My dog gets them all the time or from allergies. Go to the vet and get some cream for it
