nose piercing bump

So I got my nose pierced beginning of March. Haven't had any issues with it however now I'm noting a small bump on the outside just under the stud. It doesn't hurt only when I press down on it or push the stud back in place. I take it out every once in a while to clean it then put it right back in. I know you can get keloids and if that's what it is how do I treat it?
