what could be going on??

I'm not due for a period for another 3 weeks. My daughter is 8 months old tomorrow. Had a normal cycle a week ago that lasted 5 days. My husband and I had sex this morning before he left for work. A few hours later I began having either bloody/watery discharge or this almost gooey like bloody discharge come out when I wipe or pee. I've been on Nexplanon since October 2016 and I had non stop bleeding until 3 months ago when my dr prescribed me an additional BC pill to help regulate my cycle. I've also been in pain for the majority of the day with horrible cramps. Like, cramps that feel like a 15 minute long contraction where I can't breathe and I sweat. They'd happen a few times an hour and are still going on. Im on two BC's and havent had an issue with break through bleeding since being put on the additional pill. Has any one had a similar thing happen? I've been sitting on my couch just waiting to gush blood or shit myself or idk like die or something.
