12dpo, pink spotting and period in two days!?

hi. Ive have done so many pregnancy tests over the past few days due to having all the symptoms but not spotting. All the tests which I have done was negatives, which really knocked me back but now I think I'm spotting. and have cramps like my period would make me feel (don't know what spotting looks like or anything) but my AF isn't due till Friday, I'm almost never early. what should I do now? help? xx
