I need help / tips with my night feeds. I feel like they are taking too long. Right now I unswaddle my babe, change her then we nurse for however long on each side. She usually falls asleep but when I go to reswaddle her she wakes up again and is super alert. Sometimes I rock her to sleep which can take 20-30 minutes. tonight I fed her again until she fell asleep. I find it challenging to nurse while she's swadddled. She seems to have some signs of reflux so I like to hold her upright after feeding. She does use a pacifer but isn't a huge fan at night for some reason. The whole process is taking me a hour+. Is that normal? Any tips? Thanks for your help.
