horrible morning sickness and then none!?

My morning sickness is fluctuating so hard it freaks me out. Some days ill just get waves of nausea. The past two days I had severe nausea with dry heaving ALL day. And today I woke up feeling amazing. Fluctuating symptoms cause me so much anxiety. Anyone else have this where they feel horrible one day and great the next? I obviously would rather feel good than bad, but days with minimal symptoms then lead to anxiety.

Same here -- I try not to think about it too much, or I'll drive myself crazy.  Felt awful Friday, not as awful Saturday, and then back to awful Sunday.  Yesterday and today I feel great -- so weird.

I was sick for a few days. Then felt amazing these last two weeks. Then today it started again (I'm literally typing this laying down on the floor by the toilet).

I feel exactly the same way.  A few days in a row I feel so crummy I can hardly eat or do anything but sit on the couch because I'm so exhausted.  Then other days I can eat anything I want and keep up with my usual routine.  The only constant is sore boobs but even that is more severe some days.  I think this is normal but I agree, as much as I hate feeling sick, it does reduce anxiety!

I've had horrible morning sickness since week 4. I'm 8 weeks today and feel good so far and felt good yesterday, but who knows about tomorrow. I'm so over the first trimester!!!!

I do too don't worry and I've read and been advised by my OB that it's completely normal.  I'll feel crappy and nauseous for a couple of days and then feel completely normal for a day or 2 so it's off and on now and it's been like that the last couple of weeks.
