I was supposedly fertile these past few days but I supposedly stoped yesterday could I still be fertile? Or what is this.

Ovulation is a one time event. You ovulate (release the egg) and it can live for up to 24 hours. Sperm can live inside a women for up to 5 days (in perfect conditions) and can be there waiting for the egg to release which is why you are fertile for up to 5 days before actual ovulation.  I assume you are asking about the brown discharge...  could be irritated cervix due to increase sexual activity around ovulation which can happen when ttc, could be ovulation spotting, could be something unrelated (small tear, etc).
