Appointment tomorrow

I am nerves about my appointment tomorrow I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks 2 days in Oct then had a chemical miscarriage at 4 weeks 5 days now I should be about eight weeks ... This is my second ultrasound first one looked great. I have been sick with nausea, fatigue, and super sensitive breast. So I know my hcg levels are increasing. My progestrone levels looked great at last appointment. Fingers crossed and say a prayer for us tomorrow. Praying for good news.
