Do you believe that moms that carry boys stomach be low & moms that carry girls stomach be high?

No, it's just an old wives tale. Just like heart rate determines sex, heartburn means they will have a lot of hair, etc.

Yes and no. I think it's just a tale because everyone's bumps are different. But I'm having a boy and I'm carrying low and my MIL said when she had her girls she carried high.

Although it has been true for me everytime I don't believe it to be a determining factor. It just happens.

2 ultrasounds told me my baby was a girl. I had so many people tell me I was having a boy because of how I was carrying. My baby came out weinerless so I don't believe how you carry has anything to do with it.
