Racist family members?

If you are a white person and have family memebers who are racist, how do you deal with them? I love my grandma so much. She has been one of my biggest supporters my whole life. She would literally give me the shirt off of her back if I needed it. BUT she is racist. Me and her are constantly getting into arguments because I can't keep my mouth shit when she says these awful, ignorant, racist things. Being around her puts a strain on me sometimes because I get so exhausted from her referring to black people as the N word, or lazy, or whatever racist bullshit she comes up with. It's not just black people. It's anyone who isn't white, but it's the worst with black people. I just don't know what to do. I love this woman so much, but sometimes I reallyhate  the person she is. Any advice?
