Did some research and started taking this at the very end of my last cycle as my cycle was off. It has glowing reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. So far so good. It's regulating my cycle from 24 back to 27 days and it's helped a lot with cm. I bought preseed too but don't even feel like I need it this time around. Anyway, if anyone out there has irregular cycles... check it out. 💗
