do I need a full bladder for 20 week ultrasound

Normally they tell me but not sure if they forgot. Do I need a full bladder for my 20 weeks ultrasound? Im going to find out the gender so want to make sure it's clear lol.

My doctors office said they could get better pictures of the baby if your bladder is full

Mine required it for the measurements lower in my abdomen, like my cervix. After those measurements were done, I was allowed to pee, and the she continued.

Nope, not for the 20, only when i had the nt scan at 12 weeks because the full bladder helps them see baby better. At 20 the baby is big.

I did, you could always call and ask. Or just have a full one and ask on the day and empty if needed.

I'm having my 7 week ultrasound in a couple of weeks and they told me to drink one litter of water an hour before prior to going in and not to go to the toilet.

I had to have a full bladder they started and made me empty it in the middle because they said they had already checked my cervix and it no longer needed to be full
