Anal pain

Seems funny, but its really bad... I used an enema tonight and now I'm swelling there, I feel like I still have to use the bathroom but I can't, and pain is pretty bad. I feel like crying right now because of the pain... And I can't sleep. I don't know what I should do? I don't really have any cream for it...
