Because there's a chance of ovulation late or early, and the app doesn't want to say 0% chance because people will say "you said I had 0% chance and now I'm pregnant"

Because the app is a guesstimate and sperm can live up to 7 days.

It doesn't know when you ovulate and the percentages are estimated. And there's always a small chance, you could randomy ovulate again or something and get pregnant.. there is never a time in your cycle that you have a 0% chance of getting pregnant
