I tested with 4 the last time I was pregnant, and it was positive each time. I was 5 weeks along when I went to the doctor after the last test.

In my opinion there is no such thing as a false positive. If you test positive it is picking up the pregnancy hormone. I had a positive test but then got my period and my Ob said that it was a chemical pregnancy. So most people who test positive and still get a period are having a very early miscarriage but don't realize it.
