A Don't Eat List?
Instead of finding all these diets and stuff, is there simply a list of "Don't Eat" foods? I live with my family and following a specific diet isn't going to work for me. I can't punish everyone under my roof with dieting lol. So if you know where I can find a list of no go while preggo food, let me know!
