are you on your phone while putting baby to sleep or may b feeding?

Do you ladies use your phone while putting your baby to bed or may be when they are cluster feeding or when you are nursing or bottle feeding?

I normally go on my phone when baby is feeding or if she is sleeping. It helps a lot with night feeds so you don't fall asleep.

I try to only go on my phone once his eyes are closed, while he's awake I sing/talk to him play with hair/hands/feet

I'm usually on my kindle. If she's dozing I may look at my phone, but it's really bright.
