almost 38 weeks and baby hasn't dropped!

This entire last 2 weeks I was feeling all my aches and pains was me dilating tomonly go to the doctor and her head is still high and I'm not dilated at all! But as of last night and this morning I've been having frequent bowel movements. I read that diarrhea is a sign but what about solid poos? Lol sorry tmi. But I've been having solid poos like 3 times a day which is totally not. Normal for me I never poo on my own. How did you guys feel before labor? I really want to go in labor on my own I don't want to go overdue or be induced.  My due date is 16 days away
