Hello everyone,
I am gong to share with all of you the last 3 night.. hard nights spent in the emergency room . If you are a parent of an unvaccinated child you should read to the end.
On May 1st My husband and I took My daughter to the Sutter Roseville ER because she had started to not eat and if she did, it was just a little. When she would eat she would scream like she was in a lot of pain. We went into the ER when we noticed she was becoming dehydrated. We left Mathew with my mom because it was his bedtime. when we checked in it was like every other time. No fuss at all. They took Lillian back fairly quickly and put her in a room. The doctor came in and asked what was wrong with her. I told him for the last few days Lillian had lost interest in eating and eventually would scream when she would eat. After the doctor looked at her she got an IV and the doctor also called for X-Rays. I thought that was weird but went along with it. I mean he is a doctor and knows whats best...... It is on file that Lilian is not vaccinated. The doctor asked why I did not vaccinate. I told them about Matthew having seizures after his 4 month set and his pediatrician confirmed that the seizers where from the vaccinations. I was told because of how Matthew responded to them Lillian should not have any vaccinations until she is at least 4 years old ,and the same for Matthew. He said ok and walked out. At this point it was really late in the night and I needed food and a soda so Jordan left to get me food. Not even 10 minutes after Jordan left a new doctor walked into the room. He asked the same questions why did i not get Lillian vaccinated? Why did you chose not to get her shots done? Is she your fist child? I say no I have a 17 month old son at home. At this point I knew something was up. he started asking about Matthew. he was asking is he was up to date on his shots I said no... and explained why. Then it moved to do you have some one watching your son? Do you offer him 3 meals a day? and at least 4 snacks? and water? KEEP IN MIND THIS MAN WAITED UNTIL MY HUSBAND LEFT THE HOSPITAL. Finally after he asked more about how I go about my day he said thats all and left. A few minutes after that doctor asked way to many questions that I was very confused by and worried because they waited until I was alone. A man in a Black suit walks in tells me his name and ask all the same questions that the last doctor asked I thought I was talking to another doctor and walked out then all 3 men meet in the nurses station and start talking about Lillian and I hear them say what do you think is best for Lillian’s health and safety they noticed I could hear them and they moved into a room.  They put in an IV, took the x-rays, and labs. The nurse came back in and I asked who is the man in the black suit. She looked at me and said thats our CPS worker for the hospital. I was shocked. I texted my mom and from that point on I did not feel safe. Jordan came back from getting food he had to go a little far because only a few places where open at the time. After a long while they got the labs, x-rays, and the iv was done and they got the results Lillian has a UTI they sent us home with meds for her. I had to take Lillian to her pediatrician at 9:30 am to make sure she was doing okay.
May 2,  She still was not eating she did not see her regular doctor she was looked at by another one in the practice. the doctor said I need to bring her back into the hospital and be prepared for her to be admitted. I called my mom when I got to the car so sad and kinda scared. Not even 20 minutes after me leaving the office Lillian’s doctor called and said wait 12 hours feed her every 2 hour on the dot in a bottle so we would know how much she was eating. At the end of the 12 hours I ended up bringing her back into the ER. I get to the ER  upon checking in the nurse asks about the test that where done the night before and she tells me the x-rays where to see if Jordan or I  have/was causing her harm. THEY DID NOT TELL ME THIS THE NIGHT BEFORE. I wait for a long long time I checked in at 10:05 it hits 1:30 am and we are still sitting in the waiting room. I go up and ask when do you think she will get a room because Lillian was born early she can not wait in the lobby she gets put in a room but, not this time. We had to wait with all the very sick babies that where there. They said it looked like it was going to be a few more hours. They had Lillian on the monitor that checks her oxygen levels in her body in the lobby. I said I could not stay that long because Jordan was staying up just in case Matthew woke up and they said wait 30 minutes and see if we can get you in a room. I waited the 30 minutes that they asked and they could not get me back and I said I was leaving. The nurses tried to get me to stay. I said no I have to leave and signed her out because I needed to be home for my son. The nurse looked at me and informs me that I could/was putting her life in danger by leaving . I said if you guys thought she was that bad you would have put me in a room and looked at her hours ago. The nurse warned me that I might be getting a call form their CPS person. I said thats fine and went home  to go to sleep.
MAY 3,
This morning Lillian was doing better taking feeds not screaming she was still not eating full feeds but, it was more than she has been eating. 2:30pm my phone rings it’s a blocked number. I picked up and it is the CPS worker saying I needed to bring my daughter back to the hospital or take her to get cleared by her pediatrician. Her pediatrician will not see you unless you go to the ER. he gave me until 5pm to have her checked in or they would have to decide what was best for Lillian. My mom was working and Jordan was working. I called my mom and told her after she got off she watched Matthew so I could take Lillian in. I get to the hospital and the nurse checks me in and said it’s really good you came back in.... after a while Jordan calls I tell him what was go on ,and he gets off work and comes to the hospital because none of us felt like I was safe to be there alone. After a pointless visit because Lillian was getting better the doctor tells me it’s the hospitals’ new protocol to report children that are not up to date on there shots. The Doctor that looked at Lillian tonight was the first doctor that looked at her the first night he said he was sorry that this happened ,and disclosed that it was because she was not vaccinated.
It has gone so far my kids pediatrician got a call from the same CPS worker telling them to put my children on watch for child abuse. My doctors asked why and the CPS worker said they concerned for my children because they are not up to date or vaccinated.
My children are so healthy and I do not abuse them and it's all because I am not doing vaccinations because my son ended up with seizures because I felt pressured into doing them.
